JL Exhibit Services is seeking a Install and dismantle floor lead. Candidates should be hands on and performance oriented with a can-do attitude. JL Exhibit’s primary focus for over 30 years has been a providing an exceptional customer service experience to every customer. In keeping with our core philosophy or service, we are seeking a like-minded individual that is energetic, logistics oriented and most importantly customer focused.

Role Requirements

• Must be able to travel up to two weeks per month.
• Must have trade show or branded environments experience 2 years +
• Must work cooperatively and closely with the JL Exhibit Services Regional Managers. 
• Must be customer service oriented

Duties:

• On Site 
  • Travel to show sites to provide:
    • Be able to read CADs and lead a crew on instruction’s to build
    • Work closing with floor supervisor keeping live updates regarding the builds and any issues that arise
    • Speak to clients giving the best possible service
    • Assist in coordinating third party vendors (riggers, electricians, etc.)
    • Ensure ALL projects are documented via photos and photos and finished photos are sent to client.
  • Post Show
    • Ensure proper job recaps 
    • Handle outbound material handling
    • Document outbound via photos
